Registered Dietitian. Clinical Nutritionist. Wellness Coach. And above all — someone who genuinely believes food is the most powerful medicine available to us.
My Story
For me, nutrition is not just about calories, macros, or weight loss, it's about helping people build a healthier relationship with food and with themselves. Over the past 7 years, I’ve worked closely with individuals dealing with weight concerns, hormonal imbalances like PCOS and thyroid, gut health issues, and lifestyle disorders and I’ve seen that real transformation goes far beyond the number on the scale.
Better energy, improved digestion, balanced hormones, restful sleep, and a confident mindset these are the changes that truly matter.
I started my nutrition practice with a vision to make health simple, sustainable, and realistic especially for people managing busy lifestyles. My approach focuses on personalized nutrition, practical strategies, and long-term results rather than quick fixes.
"For me, the biggest reward is seeing my clients feel more in control of their health, more confident in their bodies, and more at peace with their lifestyle one step, one habit, and one meal at a time."— Rajeshwaree
